The Tuaregs

The rites, the communities, the people and their customs fascinate me. They fuel my creative thoughts which lead me to make my jewelry. The Tuaregs are one of these communities. Also called the “Blue people”, they are known for their elegant indigo-tinted clothes which mark their skin. This semi-nomadic people is one of the ethnic groups that influenced the dispersion of Islam and its heritage in North Africa.
