The processing time for an online purchase is 5 business days before mailing.

Packaging jewelry for delivery

Each piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before being sent to you. Then it is securely packaged and delivered, ready to be given as a gift. All the instructions for taking care of your new piece of jewelry can be found on a small box enclosed with the shipment. You can also refer to the section « How to take care of your jewelry ? » above.

Delivery times, prices and liability

All orders are delivered by Canada Post. Canada Post considers a tracked shipment to be lost after 60 business days and it is not possible to make a claim before this deadline.

Concerning orders stamped and sent without tracking number or insurance, Aniello Atelier disclaims all responsibility from the moment the package is left at the post office. No refunds or order returns can be made on jewelry posted that has not reached its destination.
