The processing time for an online purchase is 5 business days before mailing.
Packaging of jewellery for delivery
Each piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected before being sent to you. It is then packaged and delivered securely, ready to be given as a gift. All the instructions on how to take care of your new jewel can be found on a small card that comes with the shipment. You can also refer to the section " How to care for your jewelry? " above.
Delivery times, rates and liability
All orders are delivered by Canada Post. Canada Post considers a tracked shipment lost after 60 business days and it is not possible to make a claim before this time.
Aniello Atelier accepts no responsibility for orders that are stamped and sent without a tracking number or insurance, from the moment the parcel is handed in at the post office. No refunds or returns will be made on jewellery orders that have not reached their destination.
