Packaging and delivery
This jewel will be sent to you by Canada Post in specially designed packaging to protect the piece during transport. You can see the packaging in one of the photos showing the piece. In addition, you will receive a jewelry care card, a small polishing cloth to keep your piece sparkling at all times, and a card describing the collection.
Please allow 5 working days from the date of purchase for delivery of your piece. Only Xpresspost (with tracking number and $100 insurance) is available for delivery of this jewel, given the dimensions of the piece.
*Please note that once the parcel is dropped off at the post office, Canada Post will be responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to the address provided. No refunds will be accepted on lost packages when you choose the stamped option.
