The project was born 6 months ago, at the end of a swamp hike. It was as if Ariane and I had always worked together. I'm fascinated by rituals, communities, peoples and their customs. They fuel my creative reflections, which lead me to create my jewellery. The Tuaregs are one such community. Also known as the "Blue people", they are known for their elegant indigo-tinted clothing, which marks their skin.
